Ingredients

All-purpose Flour (Bread Flour)
Instructions
Pour boiling water over Crisco, sugar, and salt.
Stir until melted, then cool to room temp.
In a separate bowl, mix lukewarm water, yeast, and egg; cover and let bloom.
Combine the cooled mixture with the yeast mixture and stir well.
Add 4 cups of flour and then gradually add flour until dough pulls away from the bowl.
Store covered in fridge 1–3 days or shape into 100g rolls.
Cover and rise 1–3 hours until doubled.
Bake at 425°F for 15–20 minutes, covering halfway with foil to prevent over-browning.
Brush with butter and enjoy warm.
